We brew all our beer on site. It is fresh, unpasteurised, unfiltered, preservative free for the Cairns Region to enjoy. We have 12 draft taps and 2 traditional handpull taps. We have a core range but do substitute these from time to time for seasonal / special beers produced on our small-scale pilot brewery. Our bar  also has a range of wines and locally produced spirits plus we sell cans for takeaway!!
