WHAT’S ON AT MACALISTERS

We have 10 local food trucks that visit the brewery in a rotation, plus have many regular events such as Trivia nights, Music Bingo nights, live music and comedy shows. In addition to our core range of beers we have regular seasonal / special beers for you to try often paired to special menus by the food trucks. Thurs 23rd January. No food truck but platter boxes available thanks to WHATEVER food truck
Fri 24th January RICHARD's SALT & PEPPER from 4pm
Sat 25th January TONY's WOODFIRED ITALIAN PIZZA from noon and staying for MUSIC BINGO Aussie Weekend special
Sun 26th January AUSTRALIA DAY "WHATEVER" food truck from noon with Aussie Day menu

Wed 22nd January 7:30pm Regular Wed trivia with host Caleb Day . No need to book, prizes to win, and midweek beers to be had!!
Sat 25th January. Good News....DJ Phil is coming up from Townsville for the Australia Day weekend, so he has offered to do a Music Bingo "Aussie Edition" happening Sat 25th Jan (we didn't have one booked for Jan originally so we are super excited about this!). Usual chaos...no bookings, no fee, prizes to win, loud and fun++++..you know how it works by now!!! Get in early for the best seats! MA 15+.
Sun 26th January AUSTRALIA DAY. We are lucky enough to have secured local legend Liam Sciacca to play for us on Australia Day from 1 to 4pm. Come enjoy!! We also have a 4 keg special of 'STRALIA DAY XPA hitting the taps and WHATEVER food truck are doing a special Aussie themed menu for the day!!
Australia Day Sun 26th January. We are brewing a small 4 keg batch of this beauty for the day plus "WHATEVER" food truck are doing a special menu for the day plus LIVE MUSIC from 1 to 4pm with local musician LIAM SCIACCA
Sat 15th February. Night Trivia Fundraiser hosted by The Agile Wallaby Project. The Hungry Nomad food truck on site from noon. Click image for tickets.
Thurs 20th February. Following the success of her internationally acclaimed debut solo show 'Teardrops on My Dildo', Vanessa Larry Mitchell returns with her next instalment of hilarious life events in her new show 'Lube Me Alone' Click image for Tickets.

WHATEVER FOOD TRUCK - Bev & Lee are masters of heaps of different cuisines with an ever changing menu..always popular!!
Aaron cooks low and slow American Style slow cooked BBQ
Proper Italian Woodfired Pizza, cooked as only an Italian can!!
Damon (Nomad backwards!!!) is a fully trained chef and cooks amazing dishes!!
Fabulous Japanese Food Truck!!
Richard has a takeaway shop at Holloways Beach but does regular pop ups at the brewery. Fabulous Salt and Pepper Calamari, Chilli Prawns on rice plus curries!
